Tartary buckwheat tea is a kind of beverage which is used to screen and bake the seeds of Tartary buckwheat. Name of buckwheat Tartary Buckwheat (F.tataricum), divided into common buckwheat and black buckwheat. The common buckwheat shell is yellowish white; black buckwheat Pearl Black buckwheat, "Black Pearl", the dark black shell. Is a kind of fried tea. According to scientific workers, tartary buckwheat tea contains flavonoids, the main component of rutin. Rutin content accounts for 70 to 90% of total flavonoids, rutin, also known as rutin and vitamin P, has the function of reducing capillary fragility and improving microcirculation. It is mainly used in diabetes and hypertension treatment. Rutin is hardly available in other cereals.
